Opened adjacent to the Center Theater in downtown High Point in 1958 by Fred and Frances Barrett, High Point Photo Supply became the city's first full-service camera store. Nearly fifty years later, High Point Photo Supply is still serving the triad's photographic needs. The Barrett's founded the store on a commitment to great service before and after every sale. Success was measured by the creation of lasting relationships. In 1969 Fred Barrett Jr. and his wife Judy took the reins from Fred Sr., and to this day work to ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority. In thirty years they've built a reputation of trustworthiness and have nurtured an absolute professional atmosphere.
